What travel teams need from a uniform
Travel teams can play five games in a weekend, often in summer heat. That calls for breathable fabric, colors that stay bright wash after wash, and a design that still looks sharp in the team photo at the end of the season.
We build travel baseball uniforms on 180 gsm polyester interlock as standard, with 160 gsm micromesh for hot Southern summers. Every jersey carries the team name, player name and number at no extra charge.
Home, away and alternate sets
Most travel teams run two or three looks: a white or gray home set, a dark away set, and an alternate jersey for showcase events. We keep one design file for your program and change only the colors, so every set looks like the same team.

Roster changes mid-season
Travel rosters change. When a new player joins, order one matching jersey from your design on file, with no minimum. That keeps the dugout looking like one team all season.
When to order
Order 6 to 8 weeks before your first tournament. Production takes 10–12 working days after you approve the design, and the extra time covers design changes and late roster additions. For spring seasons, most travel teams order between October and January.

How many uniform sets does a travel baseball team need?
Most travel teams order two sets, home and away. Teams that attend showcase events often add an alternate jersey. All sets can share one design with different colors.
Can parents order and pay individually?
Most teams send one roster and one order through the coach or team manager. If you need to collect sizes from parents first, our size guide makes it easy to get every size right.
Can we add a player in the middle of the season?
Yes. We keep your design on file, so a single matching jersey can be ordered at any time with no minimum.
