This policy explains what information Stitchfields collects when you use our website or order from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, team or business name and state.
- Order details: designs, uploaded artwork, rosters (player names, numbers and sizes) and delivery addresses.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed IP address for spam and abuse prevention, browser type, and the page you arrived from.
Children's information
Our website is intended for adults (coaches, parents, team managers and businesses). Rosters may include players' names, numbers and sizes, which are provided by the adult ordering and used only to produce and ship the order. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Roster data is deleted or anonymized within 12 months of delivery unless you ask us to keep it for reorders.
How we use your information
- To create mockups, quotes and invoices, produce and ship your order, and provide support.
- To send season reminders and offers, only if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
- To prevent fraud and spam.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (for example couriers, customs brokers, payment providers and email hosting).
Cookies and storage
We use a session cookie to protect forms and your browser's local storage to save your in-progress uniform design on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@stitchfields.com. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of the EU/UK, have additional rights, which we honor on request.
