Terms of Sale
These terms apply to all orders placed with Stitchfields. By approving a proof and paying a deposit you agree to them.
Quotes and prices
All orders are quoted individually. Your binding price is the one on your written quote, in US dollars, delivered duty paid (DDP) to one US address unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Proofs
Production starts only after you approve the final proof. Please check spelling, numbers, sizes and colors carefully; we produce exactly what is approved. Screen colors vary, so sublimated colors may differ slightly from what you see on a monitor.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due on approval and the 50% balance before shipping, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Production and delivery
Standard production is 10–12 working days after proof approval and deposit, plus courier transit. We confirm your ship date in writing. Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
Remakes and returns
Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind or size changes outside our size chart. If an item has a misprint, defect or wrong size caused by us, report it within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake it free, including shipping.
Artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork you send us. See our Artwork & Logo Policy.
