Stitchfields is the US-facing brand of our own custom sublimation workshop. We design, print, cut and stitch team uniforms under one roof and ship them duty-paid to teams across the United States.
Who is Stitchfields?
Stitchfields is a factory-direct manufacturer of custom full-sublimated team uniforms with its own production facility. It makes uniforms for 10 sports, from baseball and softball to soccer, basketball and cricket, for US teams, clubs, adult leagues and team dealers, with free 24-hour mockups, no minimums and delivered-duty-paid quotes.
Why we started Stitchfields
Youth sports keep getting more expensive for families, and uniforms are one of the bills that comes back every season. Meanwhile, most team apparel is made in a handful of specialist factories, but it usually passes through several companies, each adding margin, before it reaches a dugout.
We started Stitchfields to give teams a direct line to the factory, with the service they expect from a US company: fast replies, real mockups, clear US sizing, all-in duty-paid prices and the ability to reorder a single jersey.
What happens in our workshop
- Design: in-house designers build every mockup and production file
- Printing: large-format sublimation printers on transfer paper
- Heat transfer: calendar heat press bonds the dye into the polyester
- Cutting & stitching: panels cut and sewn on our own patterns, including girls' fastpitch cuts
- Quality check: every piece checked for print, size, name and number before packing
Quality & compliance
- Every garment labelled "Made in Pakistan" with fiber content and care instructions
- Youth uniforms (12 and under) produced to US CPSIA requirements, with tracking labels
- Duty-paid formal or informal US customs entry on every shipment
- We never print licensed pro, college or brand logos without permission
- Misprint or wrong size from our side: remade free
