How long do custom uniforms take?
About 15 working days door-to-door after you approve your proof: 10–12 working days of production plus 3–5 days of duty-paid DHL/FedEx shipping. The free mockup arrives within 24 hours of your request.

1. Design or upload
Build your uniform in the online builder, upload your artwork, or just send your logo and team colors. It takes about 5 minutes.

2. Free mockup
A designer sends front and back mockups for every piece within 24 hours. Revisions are free and unlimited.

Day 1–3
3. Quote and roster
You get an all-in duty-paid quote. Send names, numbers and sizes using our roster sheet or the builder.

4. Approve and deposit
Approve the final proof and pay a 50% deposit. We confirm your ship date in writing.

5. Production
Printing, heat-press transfer, cutting and stitching in our own workshop. You receive production photos.

6. Balance and shipping
Pay the 50% balance; we ship by DHL or FedEx with duty pre-paid and send tracking.

Uniforms arrive at your door, bagged per player if requested. Report any issue within 14 days for a free remake.

How do I order custom team uniforms from Stitchfields?
Send a quote request or design your uniform in our 3D Design Studio. A designer sends a free mockup and an all-in duty-paid quote within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof and pay a 50% deposit, production starts; the balance is due before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship 10–12 working days after you approve your proof and pay the deposit, and arrive in about 15 working days door-to-door by DHL or FedEx with tracking.
How do I pay?
We invoice in US dollars. Pay 50% to start production and 50% before shipping by bank transfer or Payoneer. Card payments are available on request.
What if something arrives wrong?
If a jersey has a misprint or the wrong size because of our error, we remake it free and ship it at our cost. Report problems within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
Can I add one player later in the season?
Yes. Single-player reorders are a core Stitchfields service. We keep your approved design on file and make one matching jersey from the same artwork and color profile.
