Yes. Design work and mockups are free and you pay nothing until you approve a proof and want to go into production. Unlimited revisions are included before approval.

No. You can order a single jersey, and larger team and club orders get better pricing. Most teams order 11–20 sets.

Yes. Single-player reorders are a core Stitchfields service. We keep your approved design on file and make one matching jersey from the same artwork and color profile.

Yes. Attach a sketch, logo, photo of an old jersey or a finished print file (AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, PSD) to your quote request. Our designers rebuild it as a production-ready file and send a mockup.

No. We only print logos and artwork you own or have permission to use. We never print professional team, college or brand logos without a license.

Price depends on the sport, items, fabric and quantity, so every order is quoted individually. Each Stitchfields quote is all-in: design, names, numbers, logos, US duty and shipping included. Request a free quote and you will have it within 24 hours.

Yes. Every Stitchfields quote is DDP (delivered duty paid). We pay US import duty, tariffs and courier fees, so your team never receives a bill at the door.

Orders ship 10–12 working days after you approve your proof and pay the deposit, and arrive in about 15 working days door-to-door by DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Yes. Quick turnaround is one of our strengths. Put your need-by date on the quote request and we will prioritise your mockup and production where capacity allows, and confirm in writing whether we can hit your date before you pay anything.

No. Sublimated names, numbers, team names and logos are included. Because the design is dyed into the fabric, there are no per-letter or per-color fees.

We invoice in US dollars. Pay 50% to start production and 50% before shipping by bank transfer or Payoneer. Card payments are available on request.

Sublimation turns ink into gas that bonds with polyester fibers, so the design becomes part of the fabric. It does not crack, peel or fade like screen print or vinyl, and it adds no weight or stiffness.

If a jersey has a misprint or the wrong size because of our error, we remake it free and ship it at our cost. Report problems within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

Youth uniforms for players 12 and under are produced to US CPSIA requirements, with permanent tracking labels, fiber and care labels, and "Made in Pakistan" country-of-origin marking.

Yes. We produce under your brand with no Stitchfields labels, blind-ship to your customers, and send white-label mockups with your logo. Dealer pricing is available for regular volume.

Yes. Clubs ordering for several teams receive a club quote with a dedicated designer and one shared color standard for every age group.
